About Aaron

Built by a man in the arena.

I've spent over 10 years in the personal development world. Events, masterminds, coaching, and a whole lot of hard conversations with myself. Along the way, I've always been the guy other men come to. Mentoring and coaching has been part of my life for years. Not because someone hired me to do it. Because it's who I am.

I'm also a cybersecurity executive with 25+ years in critical infrastructure and Fortune 500 companies. Father of three. Married since 2008. I ruck 3 miles daily, train BJJ, and compete. I host the PrOTect IT All podcast (100+ episodes, 5.0 Apple rating, top 10% globally) and run multiple businesses solo.

The Origin

How this started.

My personal development work started more than 10 years ago. I still remember going to my first coaching event. It was life changing. Since then, I've gone to multiple events and challenges. Joined masterminds. Done coaching. Kept pushing to grow.

Along the way, I've always helped other men. Not because someone hired me to do it. Because it's who I am. That eventually became a brand called Tactical Manhood.

At one point, I worked on a collab called Omnis Rising. It didn't play out. Work and other priorities took over, and this wasn't the focus. But the need never went away. The men never stopped reaching out.

So now I'm back. Full focus. No distractions. I believe Tactical Manhood is the path that can help men, both young and old, create the lives they truly want. There's nothing magical about it. No secret steps or hidden tools. No pressure. Just real work with real men.

The Framework

Four pillars of Tactical Manhood.

01

Strength

Rucking, BJJ, training, competition. Physical discipline is the foundation. You cannot lead from a place of weakness.

02

Mindset

Mental toughness, stoicism, decision-making under pressure. Everything starts between your ears.

03

Family

Your marriage. Your children. Being present. Build something at home that outlasts you.

04

Mission

Career leadership, building businesses, purpose-driven work. Know what you are building and why.

The Hard Truth

The part most people skip.

Sometimes men need to feel those emotions. Not to act like a woman or cry all the time. But pretending that feelings make you weak or need to be hidden is just ignorant and wrong.

You can be strong and still feel something. You can lead your family and still have hard days. You can build a business and still need someone to talk to.

Strength isn't ignoring how you feel.
Strength is facing it head on and choosing to grow from it.

That's Tactical Manhood.

What this is NOT

  • Not a get-rich-quick coaching program
  • Not a guru on a stage selling transformation
  • Not a mastermind with a $10K price tag and nothing behind it
  • Not toxic masculinity wrapped in motivational quotes
  • Not ignoring your emotions and calling it strength

What this IS

  • A community of men doing the work
  • Real conversations about real life
  • A 10+ year personal development practice turned outward
  • A guy in the arena sharing what actually works
  • Strength through honesty, not performance

The Community

Where the conversation happens.

Men sharpening each other daily. Real conversations about discipline, fatherhood, fitness, and leading well. No fluff. No sales pitch. Just men doing the work.

The Calls

3+ years. Every week. Still showing up.

Not a product. A practice.

A small crew of men have been meeting on a weekly call for over three years. No scripts. No curriculum. Just real conversations about work, marriage, parenting, business, and faith.

Some weeks we dig into a hard decision someone is facing. Some weeks we hold each other accountable. Every week we show up and do the work together.

This is not something you buy. It is something you grow into through the community.
